Stacy Grummett - President, Owner
Stacy J. Grummett has been in the insurance business for 15 years and is currently a commercial producer and president of the corporation. Her education includes a scholarship to study ballet at Interlochen Arts Academy during high school and a Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, emphasis in Management from the University of Alaska, Southeast in 1995. Born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, she enjoys all the outdoor activies, such as hiking, skiing, kayaking, running, softball and ballet. Her proudest achievement to date is being the mother to her eight year old son Mitchell.

John Stanley Grummett - Vice President, Owner
John Grummett is a third-generation Alaskan born in Juneau on January 10, 1967. He attended Juneau schools and then Linfield College in Oregon, before graduating from the University of Alaska. John has been licensed since 1985 and has worked in another agency in the Anchorage area as well as an internship with Alaska National Insurance Company for 10 months working in rating, audit, loss control and claims departments over 10 months. John has been with Shattuck & Grummett since first getting licensed and returned to work full time in Juneau in 1991. He has two boys that keep him busy when not at work. John also served as president of the Alaska Independent Agents and Brokers in 2001. John is a past recipient of the Ed Dimock Award from the AIIAB in 2001 for his contributions to the industry in Alaska. In 2007, John began serving another term as president of the AIIAB.

Rick Shattuck - Vice President, Owner
Rick is the fourth generation of the Shattuck family to make the agency his career. Born and raised in Juneau, Rick attended college in Oregon and Arizona, graduating with a Bachelors degree. Rick has been working in the insurance industry for 20 years, has been a licensed agent for 18 years, and has held the Certified Insurance Counselor designation for 16 years. Rick enjoys boating, fishing, skiing, and spending time with his wife Kelly and son Ryan.

Teresa Young, Vice President, Owner
Teresa began her career with Shattuck & Grummett in 1994. She started out as a personal lines agent, and gradually migrated to the commercial lines department. In addition to her commercial accounts, Teresa is actively involved in assisting with agency management, including human resources, and payroll. Teresa graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham Washington with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She is married to Tod Young, and they have three boys that keep their lives very busy and entertaining. One of Teresa’s long term goals is for she and her family to travel to Europe and spend several months enjoying several different countries including Italy, Ireland, Germany, and Greece.

Ken Grummett - Vice President
Ken was born and raised in Juneau and after graduating from Arizona State University decided to follow his Grandparents, Father, and Uncle in the insurance business. He started working full time at Shattuck & Grummett Insurance in 1990 and specializes in commercial business insurance.

Peter Mores - Vice President
Peter began his employment with Shattuck & Grummett Inc 23 years ago in the summer of 1984. Peter is a college graduate with a BA degree in Sociology from Western State College of Colorado in Gunnison. Pete has 3 children; Tyler, Dylan and Chad. Peter is a former President of the Valley Toastmasters, 4 year Cub Scout Pack Leader, 2 year board member of the JYFL and served for 4 years as a board member on the Alaska Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers Association. He enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and does play by play radio announcing of Crimson Bear Football and Basketball for KINY Radio.

Debbie Roberts - Commercial Department Manager
Debbie has been with Shattuck & Grummett for 17 years and has worked in the Personal lines division and is now the supervisor of the commercial account representives. In the winter you can find her at Treadwell Arena teaching Juneau’s Youth and Adults how to skate. During the summer months you may see Debbie playing softball with the Shattuck & Grummett Slammers, or out helping pull crab pots around Auke Bay.

Shawna Patten - Commercial Service Representative
Shawna Patten has made Juneau her home for the last 16 years. She is a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and has worked for Shattuck & Grummett in the commercial lines department for five years. Shawna has one son and they enjoy spending their time fishing during the summer months.

Toi Gile - Commercial Service Representative
Toi Gile was born and raised in Juneau, and graduated with an Associates degree in Accounting from Mt Hood College in Portland. Toi has been at Shattuck & Grummett for the last 6 years. She enjoys hanging out with her family and playing catcher on the Shattuck & Grummett co-ed softball team.

Rhonda Pasquan - Personal Lines Training Manager
Rhonda Pasquan is a lifelong Alaskan. Rhonda came to work for Shattuck & Grummett Insurance in 1988. Rhonda enjoys hunting and fishing with her husband Bob and spending time at their Taku River cabin. She loves moose and deer hunting nearly as much as she loves her three children and six grandchildren.

Sue Beckerman - Head Bookkeeper
Sue has been living in Juneau since January of 1983 and started working at Shattuck & Grummett in April of 1989. Her first job with the company was as an insurance agent specializing in watercraft coverage - changing courses to where she is today, the head bookkeeper, downtown office manager and Prefco Financing specialist. When not at work Sue enjoys playing, coaching and watching sports. If you go to a sporting event around Juneau you will most likely see her there.
